Brazil's Cielo said it plans to issue up to BRL3bn ($74.8m) in debentures in the local market on June 18 as it also offers to buy back its 3.75% 2022 notes.
The new three-year notes will likely price no higher that 104% of the DI interbank lending rate, Cielo said in a securities filing.
The Barueri-based payments company also said it could reduce the size of the deal to BRL2bn three days before the end of the bookbuilding process.
