Mexico's América Móvil will meet with investors in Europe this week, looking to issue new euro-denominated notes next week, LatinFinance has heard.
The telecommunications company has hired Barclays to lead a possible deal and arrange the meetings through May 24, according to a source away from the deal.
América Móvil tapped the euro-denominated bond market with a €1.5bn ($1.68bn) deal in March 2016, issuing €850m in eight-year notes at 1.563% and €650m in 12-year notes at 2.273%.
