Brazil's Petrobras said it has sent out teasers to possible bidders for its 93.7% stake in Breitener Energética, which operates two thermoelectric plants in Manuas.
The two plants — Tambaqui and Jaraqui — have 315 MW in installed capacity and an offtake agreement through 2025 for 120 MW with Amazonas Energia, Petrobras said in a statement.
