CABEI funds more waterworks in Costa Rica

The Central American development bank CABEI said it has granted $111m in funding for five water projects in Costa Rica.

The public water utility company AyA will use the money to repair aqueducts and build a new sewage system in Moín, Limón, CABEI said in a press release.

The money will also fund part of a $610m project to improve the water supply system in Limón, CABEI said.

CABEI approved a $55.1m loan for AyA in January and provided $155m in financing for 13 water projects in May last year.
