Sacyr said it has agreed to sell 49% of its infrastructure concessions business to Chile's Toesca Asset Management for €440 ($496m), including debt.
The deal involves five highway concessions, the Antofagasta Hospital and the El Tepual Airport in Puerto Montt, Sacyr said in a press release. Sacyr added that it expects to close the deal in July.
The Spanish developer also said it will use the money to help finance other concessions in Chile, namely the Américo Vespucio Oriente (AVO I) toll road
