Brazil's Eneva said it has has priced a secondary offering, setting up the selling shareholders to earn BRL1.11bn ($287m) from the deal.
Itaú Unibanco, Uniper, Banco Pine, Dommo Energia and BTG Pactual will sell 60.6m shares for BRL18.25 each in the Rule 144A/Reg S transaction, Eneva said in a securities filing.
The shareholders plan to settle the deal on April 10, Eneva added. Shares in Eneva rose 4.76% to end the week at BRL19.38 after the company announced it had priced the deal.
