Local and international lenders are expected to offer competitive rates to finance the acquisition of the TAG natural gas pipeline in Brazil, sources told LatinFinance.
"All the banks are going to their credit committees for approval at the moment," said a source close to the deal. "There will be very tough competition on pricing."
