Consorcio Transmantaro has scheduled meetings with investors to pitch a possible green bond for $400m, hoping to cash in on rising investor demand for Peruvian paper, LatinFinance has confirmed.
The 15-year notes are scheduled to price on April 11, said a banker on the deal. Before that, Transmantaro will meet bond buyers in Lima, New York, Santiago, London, Los Angeles and Boston, he added.
The transmission line company has hired Bank of America and JPMorgan to coordinate the investor meetings.
