Brazil's Equatorial Energia plans to sell up to BRL385m ($97.4m) in debentures in the local market to fund the construction of three transmission lines, according to a report from S&P Global. The Brasília-based power company will issue three series of 20-year debentures through transmission line SPVs, with one for BRL189m, another for BRL130m and a third for BRL66m, S&P said.
