Engie lines up Brazilian debt sale

Engie Energia Brasil, a division of the French energy company Engie, said it plans to sell BRL2.5bn ($636m) in debentures in the Brazilian market. The 18-month notes will likely price at 102.5% of the DI interbank lending rate and the proceeds will go to working capital, Engie said in a statement. Engie did not say which bank it has hired to lead the debt sale.
