AFD lends to Argentina's BICE

French development agency AFD has granted a 15-year, €100m ($113m) loan to Argentina's Banco de Inversión y Comercio Exterior (BICE) to fund renewable energy projects. BICE will use the money help finance wind and solar power projects and small hydroelectric plants along with biomass and biomass projects.
