Brazil's AES Tietê has raised BRL1.56bn ($397m) from a two-part debt sale in the local market, according to the capital markets association Anbima.
The power company sold BRL1.38bn in eight-year notes at 100bp over the DI interbank lending rate and BRL179m in 10-year notes at 471bp over the IPCA consumer price index. Itaú BBA led the sales with Bradesco as the agent bank and Oliveira Trust as the trustee, according to Anbima.
