Brazil's Embraer said it has nominated Francisco Gomes Neto as its new CEO to replace Paulo Souza e Silva, who leaves the post later this month.
Embraer's board will vote on Gomes' nomination after a general shareholders meeting on April 22, the aircraft manufacturer said in a statement.
Gomes has been CEO of the local bus and coach manufacturing company Marcopolo for the past three years. He was previously the head of the German manufacturer Mann+Hummel in the Americas and president of the Germ
