Brazil's EcoRodovias said it plans to sell BRL900m ($234m) in debentures in the local market on April 15.
The infrastructure company will issue BRL400m in five-year notes and split the other BRL500m between two series of seven-year notes, it said in a securities filing.
EcoRodovias also said it will use the money to pay off debt, fund investments and add to its cash position. The company did not say, however, which banks it has hired to lead the deal.
