Chile's Global Soluciones Financiera has secured an inflation-linked line of credit for UF1.2m ($47.9m), according to the law firm Garrigues.
The local division of the Brazilian bank BTG Pactual and the local insurance company Penta Vida provided the loan, which is backed by credits in Global's portfolio, Garrigues said in a press release.
The lenders also agreed to underwrite a bond sale by Global for the same amount or for the outstanding balance of the loan in November, the law firm said.
