BlackRock expects Latin America to post impressive growth this year as developed economies pull back from raising interest rates.
"We don't see interest rates increasing at the same levels as last year. You have an economy in China that was slowing down last year, which has caused an increase in stimulus policies," Armando Senra, the head of Latin America at BlackRock, said at the 2019 Latin America Business Conference in New York.
