Brazil's Odebrecht has sold a commuter rail concession to Guarana Urban Mobility Inc (GUMI), an urban transit company controlled by Japan's Mitsui.
Odebrecht TransPort and GUMI formed a joint venture in November 2014 to hold four passenger rail concessions, including the SuperVia suburban railway in Rio de Janeiro.
