IDB lends to Argentina

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) said it has supplied $750m in financing for two programs in Argentina. The multilateral lender has provided a $300m loan for a digital program by the federal government. The 20-year loan is based on Libor and has a 5.5-year grace period, the IDB said in a press release. The IDB also said it has approved a $450m credit line to improve tax collection and investments in Argentina's provinces. The development added that it has granted the first $150m loan
