Brazil's Petrobras said it has signed a five-year revolving credit facility for $3.25bn with the option to extend the loan for another two years.
In all, 18 banks participated in the loan, led by Citi, Crédit Agricole, JPMorgan, Mizuho and Scotiabank as the joint bookrunners, the state-owned energy company said in a statement.
