Ireland's Mainstream Renewable Power has set the terms on a 20-year, $485m loan to fund construction of four renewable energy projects in Chile, LatinFinance has heard.
Mainstream mandated eight lead arrangers to coordinate the loan last year:- CaixaBank- DNB- ING- KfW- MUFG- Natixis- SMBC- Société Générale
The banks are now doing due diligence on the loan, but they expect to sign the papers in a few months, a source said.
