Two more corporate issuers in Brazil — Unidas and Sanepar — have joined the queue to issue debentures in the local market.
Unidas, a car rental company based in São Paulo, has lined up a three-part deal for as much as BRL1bn ($261m). The company said it intends to issue notes for five, eight and 10 years on April 10, but it did not say how much it plans to sell in each series. Unidas also did not give a pricing range for the new notes or say which banks it has hired to coordinate the sale.
Brazilian car rental agency aims to raise $260m from a three-part deal, while the Paraná state water company looks to earn $90m from local notes
