BK Brasil said three of its shareholders plan to sell 33.4m common shares in the company through a secondary offering on the B3 stock market in São Paulo.
The local investment management firm Vinci Partners and the local private equity fund Montjuic are the selling shareholders along with Sommerville Investments, a division of Singapore's sovereign wealth fund Temasek, BK Brasil said in a securities filing.
