Empresa de Energía de Bogotá (EEB) is negotiating a five-year, $749m bullet loan to replace a similar facility from 2017, LatinFinance has heard. The Colombian power company has retained the same bookrunners — Citi, Bank of America and SMBC — and could reach a deal in April, said a source involved in the transaction.
