Argentina's Central Puerto said it has agreed to buy a power plant from the state-owned energy company IEASA for $326m, including debt.
The Buenos Aires-based power company will take over the gas-fired Brigadier López plant on April 1, Central Puerto said in a press release.
Central Puerto also said it will pay $165m, with $155m in cash, and take on $161m in debt. The company added that it will pay the debt in 41 monthly installments at either 500bp over Libor or a fixed rate of 6.25%, whichever
