Peru's Graña y Montero said it has lowered its liabilities by 21% to $655m at the end of last year as part of its debt reduction plan.
The company also recorded a net loss of $21.9m, due in part to payments to the government from the Gasoducto Sur Peruano (GSP), a $7.3bn natural gas pipeline concession that the government cancelled in January 2017, GyM said in a statement.
