Peru's Alicorp has received a $500m from three banks to finance the acquisition of the local consumer goods company Intradevco, according to the law firm Garrigues.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citi arranged the loan, while Scotiabank participated as a lender and administrative agent. Garrigues advised the lenders in Peru. White and Case advised them in New York. Shearman was Alicorp's legal advisor.
