Brazil's Equatorial Energia has sold BRL190m ($51.8m) in debentures to raise long-term financing for four transmission line concessions.
Equatorial Transmissora 1 and Equatorial Transmissora 2 each sold BRL45m in 14-year notes at 4.85% over the IPCA consumer price index.
Equatorial Transmissora 3, meanwhile, sold BRL45m in 15-year notes at 4.65% over IPCA, and Equatorial Transmissora 7 issued BRL55m in one-year notes at 114.6% of the DI interbank lending rate.
