The Chilean subsidiary of the Italian construction company Astaldi has filed for bankruptcy, listing $761m in debts.
The business, which is looking to sell its 15% stake in the concessionaire for the Nuevo Pudahuel airport in Santiago, counts BTG Pactual and Itaú Corpbanca as its top two creditors, sources said.
