Brazil's Ampla Energia e Serviços could raise up to BRL1bn ($268m) from the sale of five-year debentures in the local market, according to a report from Fitch.
The Niterói-based electricity distribution company will use the proceeds from the sale to extend debt maturities, lower its funding costs and add to working capital, Fitch said.
