Mexico's Cemex said it has agreed to sell more assets in Europe to the German building supplies company Schwenk for €340m ($386m). The deal includes cement production facilities and distribution terminals in Latvia, a cement plant in Lithuania and an export business in Estonia. It also includes import terminals in Finland, Norway and Sweden, Cemex said in a statement. The assets generated approximately €27.3m in EBITDA in 2018, Cemex said.
