Brazil's Omega Geração has issued BRL150m ($39.9m) in debentures for two wind power projects, according to the capital markets association Anbima.
Delta 7 Energia sold BRL97.4m in one-year notes at 210bp over the DI interbank lending rate, Delta 8 Energia sold BRL52.6m at the same terms. Bradesco led the local debt sale under Brazil's Rule 476.
Omega operates three wind farms and is developing other projects at the Delta sites in the northeastern states of Maranhão and Piauí.
