Brazil's Omega Geração said it plans to raise BRL775m ($212m) from an upcoming debenture sale in the local market.
The renewable energy company will divide the deal into four series of notes with maturities between five and eight years.
BTG Pactual and Banco do Brasil will coordinate the issue and can increase the offer by BRL25m, Omega said in a securities filing.
