Brazil's Aliansce Sonae said it has earned BRL1.19 billion ($285 million) from a follow-on offering on the B3 stock exchange in São Paulo, issuing 27.7 million shares for BRL43.00 each.
Shares in the shopping mall management company closed at BRL44.35 on Thursday. After Aliansce Sonae announced it had priced the offering, its shares rose 0.11% to close at BRL44.40 on Friday. The new shares start trading on December 9.
