Brazilian healthcare company Hapvida said it has agreed to buy the local clinic Medical Medicina Cooperativa Assistencial de Limeira for BRL294 million ($69.9 million). Medical runs a hospital with 100 beds, including adult and neonatal intensive care units (ICUs), walk-in emergency, chemotherapy and hemodialysis sectors and a surgical center.
