Peru's Graña y Montero (GyM) said it will sign a preliminary plea agreement with federal prosecutors to settle corruption charges in the next 60 days.
As part of the agreement, the Lima-based construction company will withdraw compensation claims for the cancelled Gasoducto Sur Peruano (GSP) natural gas pipeline project, according to a securities filing.
The "specific content" of the the agreement remains confidential, GyM said in the filing.
