Brazil's XP Inc. said it could raise more than $2.08 billion from an initial public offering (IPO) on the Nasdaq exchange in New York after setting the price range at $22 to $25 per share.The upcoming IPO, expected to price by mid-December, could move 83.4 million common shares, including an overallotment option of 10.9 million shares for the bookrunners.
