India's Sterlite Power has sold BRL250 million ($59.2 million) in debentures in Brazil through a local concessionaire, SE Vineyards Transmissão de Energia, according to the local capital markets association Anbima.Banco Votorantim led the deal and priced the 23-year notes at the IPCA consumer price index plus 5.1229%, according to Anbima.  Sterlite will use the money to build and operate the 144km Vineyards transmission line in the southern state of Rio Grande do Sul.
