Brazil's JBS said its subsidiary Seara Alimentos has agreed to buy local margarine and mayonnaise brands from US agribusiness Bunge for BRL700 million ($172 million). The acquisition involves facilities in the states of Santa Catarina, São Paulo and Pernambuco and includes the brands Delícia, Primor and Gradina, JBS said in a statement.
