Argentina raises $316 mln in first debt sale under new government

Argentina raised ARS18.8 billion ($315 million) in an oversubscribed sale of 182-day Treasury bills on Friday, the first test of the new government of President Alberto Fernández in the financial markets.  The Economy Ministry said it issued the new notes at Badlar plus 300 basis points after receiving ARS21.5 billion in orders from 184 accounts.
