Colombian development bank Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional (FDN) said it has approved a loan for up to COP245 billion ($73.9 million) for the Autopista Pamplona-Cúcuta.
Spain's Sacyr, which will build and operate the 62.5km toll road concession, will also receive financing from JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank, FDN said in a statement.
