Argentina plans to tap the financial markets for the first time under President Alberto Fernández, offering an undisclosed amount of 182-day treasury notes, the Economy Ministry said on Thursday. The peso-denominated notes will be sold at auction on Friday and issued on Monday, the ministry said in a statement.
