Brazil's Unidas said it raised BRL1.83 billion ($450 million) in a follow-on offering in the local stock, moving 93.8 million shares for BRL19.50 each. The car rental company earned BRL1.19 billion from the sale of 61 million shares, while the asset management firm Principal Investimentos took BRL640 million from the sale of 32.8 million shares, according to a securities filing.
