Debenture Debt Capital Markets Fixed Income Rule 476 Brazil

Brazil's CCR has raised BRL800 million ($197 million) from its latest debenture deal in the local market, according to the capital markets association Anbima. Bradesco BBI arranged the debt sale for the toll road operator and priced the six-year notes at the DI interbank lending rate plus 1.8%, according to Anbima.
