ACS refinances wind farm in Uruguay

Spain's ACS has refinanced debt from the Kiyú wind farm in Uruguay by selling $88.5 million in 22-year notes through a private placement, according to one of the law firms involved in the deal. Allianz Global Investors (AllianzGI) was the sole purchaser and Crédit Agricole was the sole placement agent, AllianzGI's legal adviser, Clifford Chance, said in a press release.
