IDB signs credit line with Bancóldex

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) has agreed to provide a conditional credit line for $600 million for Colombia's export-import bank Bancóldex to fund smaller companies in the renewable energy sector and creative industries. The development bank has already approved the first loan in the program for $60 million, it said in a statement. Bancóldex will provide funds from the credit line to local financial institutions, which will lend the money to smaller companies, according to the IDB. T
