French renewable energy company CVE said it has borrowed $87 million from Natixis to develop 20 solar photovoltaic plants with up to 110 MW in capacity in Chile.  Natixis was the sole lead arranger and it does not plan to invite other banks to join the loan, said a source involved in the deal. CVE will use the money to build and operate the plants under Chile's Pequeños Medios de Generación Distribuidos (PMGD) program, where the Ministry of Energy provides a stabilized price for power projects f
