Tenda drafts new debt sale

Brazilian home builder Tenda said it plans to issue BRL200 million ($48.6 million) in debentures in the local bond market, raising money to add to working capital. The company expects to price the five-year notes at the DI interbank lending rate plus 1.3%, it said in a statement. It did not say which banks it has hired to coordinate the sale. Tenda worked with Itaú BBA when it sold BRL150 million in five-year debentures at the DI plus 1.4% in March this year. It previously worked with Banco ABC
