Brazil's JBS said its subsidiary, Seara Alimentos, has agreed to buy the local cold meats company Frigorífico Marba for an undisclosed amount. "This acquisition is in line with the company's strategy to increase the share of higher value-added and branded products in its portfolio," JBS said in a statement.
