India's Sterlite Power said it has agreed to sell the Arcoverde transmission line in Brazil to a fund managed by the local asset management firm Vinci Partners for BRL141 million ($35.5 million)."Through this transaction we monetize our first asset and thereby attract equity capital to reinvest in our portfolio of greenfield projects," Sterlite CEO Pratik Agarwal said in a press release.Sterlite won the license to build and operate the Arcoverde project in a transmission line auction in April 20
