Enel Green Power, a subsidiary of the Italian energy company Enel, has refinanced the Volta Grande hydropower plant in Brazil with BRL800 million ($200 million) in debentures.According to the local capital markets association Anbima, the bookrunner Itaú BBA priced the 10-year notes at the IPCA consumer price index plus 3.7%.
